Fort Worth Tiny House Communities



So you're interested in a tiny home but aren't sure where to go from there. Well, one of the most important factors to consider is the site. Most locations were originally created for RV's, which shares a very similar mindset to the tiny house movement. However, majority of these RV parks are very accepting to tiny homes on their property and often times encourage more onsite.


As the tiny house movement becomes more and more popular, we may see a trend of tiny communities increase. Since we are located in Fort Worth, we compiled a list of parks, sites, and resorts that are nears us. Make sure you stay tuned for future community highlights as we plan to expand our search in other cities as well.

 

Has private lots surrounded by nature. Each lot provides power, water, and sewer. WIFI can be added for an additional cost.



 

Crosswinds RV and Tiny Home Community https://crosswindstiny.com/

Located off of White Settlement Road in Fort Worth, Texas. This Community provides outlets for each reserved spot. It also includes a few amenities such as a stocked fishing pond, and a laundry facility.


 

The Hideaway is located 30 minutes west of downtown Fort Worth. This is a gated community that provides electric, water, septic, and trash to all of their lots. Some amenities include a storm shelter and a upcoming community garden.



 

Although “RV” is in the name, The Pines RV Community welcomes tiny homes to their community. It is a gated community with ample room for expansion. All lots have access to electric, water and internet. Community amenities include a dog park, shelter, picnic area, playground, park, laundry room, cook out pits, horseshoe pits, showers, anmultiple trash locations. Their future expansion includes more rental sites along with a club house recreational center.
